Employment Status

Since the financial crash of 2008, lenders have become even more stringent on their lending criteria and the clients often need more assistance in how to present a case to a lender to ensure that all their income is taken into account, whether it be dividend income, employed income, or investment income.      


Street Associates have considerable experience in handling this type of mortgage and specialise in the larger mortgages for self-employed and controlling company directors. This does not mean that the interest rates are any more expensive than traditional mortgages and very often are more competitive than traditional high street lenders.
